Sky Cyber Sector processes account and server data to provide multi-platform verification, account linking, and Discord role synchronization features.

Platforms in scope

This policy applies to data processed through Discord and supported integrations including Roblox, Twitch, YouTube, Patreon, GitHub, Steam, and Minecraft-related sync services.

What data we collect

  • Discord account identifiers (such as user ID, username, avatar)
  • Linked platform identifiers (such as Roblox ID, Twitch ID, Patreon ID, Steam ID, channel/account IDs)
  • OAuth authorization data and tokens where required by a platform integration
  • Server configuration data (bind rules, role IDs, channel IDs, sync settings, security settings)
  • Operational logs needed for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting

How the data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, connect external accounts, evaluate sync rules, and apply configured Discord roles and moderation/security actions requested by server administrators. We also use limited operational data to maintain and secure the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared when necessary to provide the service, including requests to official platform APIs (Discord, Roblox, Twitch, YouTube, Patreon, GitHub, Steam, and related providers), infrastructure providers, or where required by law.

Data storage

Data is stored only as long as needed for active integrations and service operation. Linked account data, tokens, and server sync configuration may remain until unlinked, removed by configuration changes, or deleted during maintenance/cleanup.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for stored data and service access. No online system is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices

You can stop using integrations at any time by unlinking external accounts and removing sync rules in server configuration. You may also contact us for data-related requests.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as features or legal requirements change. Continued use of Sky Cyber Sector after updates means you accept the revised policy.
