By using Sky Cyber Sector, SkyPaint, Sky Cyber Sector App, our Discord bot, dashboard, downloads, licensing tools, verification systems, or any related website feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Service scope
Sky Cyber Sector provides a website, account dashboard, software downloads, license-aware application access, SkyPaint purchase/download flows, Sky Cyber Sector desktop tooling, Discord bot features, ticket systems, application forms, moderation tools, server security tools, AutoMod setup, logging setup, welcome messages, verification buttons, and multi-platform account linking or role synchronization.
Supported integrations include Discord for login, bot, dashboard, server administration, webhooks, tickets, applications, moderation, logging, welcome/verification flows, and role automation. SkySync account linking and role synchronization may connect with Roblox, Twitch, YouTube, Patreon, GitHub, Steam, and Microsoft/Xbox Live for Minecraft-related identity and permission signals.
Payments and licenses may use PayPal. Site account sign-in may support Google and Microsoft authentication. Music features may use YouTube links and Spotify song metadata to find a playable YouTube audio match. Assistant features may use configured SkyGPT, desktop bridge, local model, hosted AI, or OpenAI-compatible providers depending on the deployment.
Account and permissions
You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to link accounts and configure server automations. Administrators are responsible for role rules, sync targets, and moderation/security configuration in their servers.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, Discord permissions, license information, and linked provider accounts secure. You may not share, sell, bypass, or misuse access granted to you through purchases, roles, licenses, or dashboard permissions.
Purchases, licenses, and downloads
Some Sky Cyber Sector services and applications may require purchase, active license verification, or account entitlement checks before download or use. Download buttons, installers, update systems, and license checks are provided for authorized users only.
You may not attempt to bypass payment, license validation, download authorization, update controls, or any access restrictions placed on SkyPaint, Sky Cyber Sector App, or other software distributed through the website.
Refunds, cancellations, subscription changes, and billing disputes are handled according to the purchase flow, applicable PayPal or payment-provider terms, and any written support decision from Sky Cyber Sector. Software and system tools
Sky Cyber Sector software may include desktop utilities, update tools, service components, memory cleanup features, security scanners, driver or system-care modules, and related automation. You agree to use these tools only on devices and accounts where you have the right to install, run, configure, and remove them.
System-level features may depend on Windows permissions, user consent, installed services, operating system behavior, antivirus reputation systems, third-party APIs, and local device configuration. You are responsible for reviewing prompts, permissions, and installation choices before proceeding.
Third-party platforms
Use of integrations is also subject to third-party platform terms and policies (including Discord, Roblox, Twitch, YouTube/Google, Patreon, GitHub, Steam, Microsoft/Xbox Live, Spotify, PayPal, and any configured AI provider). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limits, account restrictions, payment holds, content availability, or feature restrictions imposed by those services.
User rules and expectations
- Follow all applicable platform rules, including Discord rules and the rules of any linked provider.
- Do not abuse services, spam systems, overload APIs, or interfere with normal service operation.
- Do not attempt improper access, unauthorized downloads, license bypasses, token misuse, privilege escalation, or dashboard access you are not entitled to use.
- Do not use Sky Cyber Sector services for harassment, scams, phishing, raids, impersonation, malware distribution, evasion, or illegal activity.
- Do not provide false information, forged evidence, misleading reports, or manipulated data through moderation, ticket, application, or verification tools.
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, redistribute, resell, or repackage Sky Cyber Sector software or services unless you have written permission.
Discord bot and server administration
Server administrators are responsible for how they configure and use the Sky Cyber Sector Discord bot, dashboard, role grants, verification buttons, welcome messages, ticket systems, application forms, logging, AutoMod, anti-raid, moderation, and security features.
Administrators must ensure the bot has appropriate permissions, that role hierarchy is set correctly, and that role grants or moderation actions are configured for legitimate server operations.
Discord bot flagging
The flagging system is a moderation and server-safety tool. It is the duty of every server administrator or authorized moderator to ensure proper evidence is provided when using the flagging system. A flag is a server-safety record used to help administrators evaluate risk across communities; it is not a legal finding, criminal accusation, or determination of criminal guilt.
Proper evidence means clear, reviewable proof that shows who was involved, what was said or done, where it happened, and when it happened. Examples include documents such as DOCX or PDF files, uncropped screenshots or images, message links, logs, recordings where lawful, or other collected proof that can be reviewed by staff. Screenshots or images should avoid cropping out usernames, timestamps, message context, or surrounding details needed to understand the situation.
Improper evidence includes unsupported statements such as "DM me for proof," "trust me," "trust me bro," vague accusations, private claims that cannot be reviewed, cropped or manipulated material that removes necessary context, or anything based only on words without reviewable proof.
Evidence must remain accessible while the flag is active and throughout any appeal. If the evidence is removed, becomes inaccessible, cannot be verified, or does not reasonably support the flag, Sky Cyber Sector may remove, reject, or disregard the flag.
Improper use of the flagging system, repeated flagging without proper evidence, knowingly false reports, or abuse of the service may result in suspension, removal of access, or a permanent blacklist from using Sky Cyber Sector services.
Flagged users retain the right to appeal any flag made against them by visiting Sky Sector and opening a ticket in Sky Sector (or) Email: [email protected].
Acceptable use
You may not use Sky Cyber Sector for abuse, evasion, spam, unauthorized automation, credential misuse, data scraping beyond permitted use, or any activity that violates platform rules or applicable law.
Content and evidence submitted through services
You are responsible for content you submit through tickets, forms, moderation logs, applications, evidence fields, verification flows, and dashboard settings. Submitted content must be lawful, relevant, and not intentionally harmful or misleading.
Sky Cyber Sector may retain operational records needed to support moderation, security, licensing, audit trails, service integrity, abuse prevention, and support requests, subject to our Privacy Policy.
No guarantees
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, compatibility with every server setup, uninterrupted access to third-party APIs, uninterrupted software downloads, or that every feature will work with every device, server configuration, role hierarchy, or provider account state.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Cyber Sector and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use, integration failures, data loss, or external platform behavior.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where legally permitted, disputes will be handled in the courts or tribunals located in Ontario, Canada.
Suspension or termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where needed for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, payment or license issues, platform policy violations, misuse of moderation tools, improper service access, or operational reasons.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Sky Cyber Sector constitutes acceptance of the current version.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
